Kieran Cox

This site functions as an archive portfolio of a number of past projects, investigations, experiments and experiences.

My practice is currently focused on social change and equity and is best described as ‘Organisational Practice’. A social and systems based practice implemented alongside others and the community.

Kieran is a recognised leader, developing arts and community programmes as part of community arts charity Fusion Arts. As well as a social value and organisational change consultant.

Kieran is an experienced coach and mentor and was an Associate Fellow for Complexity Univeristy 2021 an innovative international programme tackling the most complex social, environmental and political challenges by taking practical action to create a better future.

Kieran is an alumni of Oxford Cultural Leader (2019 cohort), an acclaimed cultural leadership programme for executives designed and delivered by the University of Oxford’s Saïd Business School and the Gardens, Libraries and Museums.

Kieran worked at Artworks, an independent arts school for 7-19 years old, as a tutor supporting children and young people to build confidence, self esteem, communication and technical skills.  Artworks support GCSE and A-Level course work, deliver Arts Awards and help with portfolio preparation for children and adults.
